My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location was amazing, just seconds away from the beautiful ocean, but the rooms had a horribly smelling carpet and lacked any windows or views. On the bright side, our suite had a convenient microwave. The service, from the shuttle driver to the top management, was fantastic, providing great customer service. However, the price may not have been the best value for money. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
